ISOfloat

The ISOFLOAT is especially designed to work in settings with maximum requirements. 

Its special circular design creates a laminar distribution, for the incoming and recycled raw water from the ASR reactor, from a central crown. This effect, along with the radial distribution of the clarified water through the tank's external crown, provides for the "zero" speed effect. This means that the micro-bubbles remain longer, the suspended particles adhering, with the consequent positive effect of better results in generating sludge and in clarified water output. 

The floated sludge is collected with a surface collector, while the decanted sludge is extracted with bottom rake, and then later, with an automatic purge.

Thanks to their design, they are easy to transport. 

In the specific case of the metallic ISOFLOAT, the space saved is an added advantage, since the equipment needed for the floater to work are located under it.

The pre-treatment equipment is available in steel (IF) with qualities depending on the characteristics of the effluent to be treated, as well as the environmental setting where the plant is located; AISI 304,316, Superduplex, rubbered, Civil Work (IFOC) ...

The line is complete with specific equipment for biological treatment (IFB and IFOCB) and for thickening (IFE y IFOCE).

exafloat

EXAFLOAT is designed to increase treatment capacity when space is a determining factor.

Its rectangular design and the technology developed for this model means that it can work with greater hydraulic loads on limited surfaces, which provides for greater treatment in less time.

Through the equi-current and counter-current system, the treated water is perfectly clarified and the floated sludge decanted is collected on the side opposite the clarified water output, which guarantees better quality in results.

Our equipment is delivered already installed anywhere in the world (Plug & Play).

The line is available in metal, TEF (different qualities depending on the characteristics of the effluent to be treated, as well as the environmental setting where the plant is located; AISI 304,316, Superduplex, Ebonite-lined), Civil Work (EFOC)...

CLEARFLOAT

In our ongoing search to provide value to our clients through innovative products, we are pleased to present CLEARFLOAT, the sum of ISOFLOAT with a CIRCUMFERENTIAL SAND FILTER, a combination that allows us to reach values under 10 ppm in effluent output results. It has a built-in backwash system, where filtration is not interrupted, so the effluent's flow is constant, and it uses filtered water as cleaning water.

CLEARFLOAT is designed so that one sole product has two applications, which leads to huge advantages in conceptualisation for the project and consequent savings in space, energy, accessories and complements, civil works, etc.

DESALFLOAT

Given its specific characteristics regarding temperature, turbidity, algae, salinity, suspended solid, etc., sea water must be considered as a different element within the water treatment field. 

In this regard, at Tecexsa, we saw that there was a need to study this phenomenon in detail and to develop an ad-hoc product that accounted for its characteristics.

Thanks to collaboration with Innovation Centres and Universities, at Tecexsa we have developed the DESALFLOAT line, which, along with our ASR, especially adapted to it, has now made our flotation system a point of reference on the desalination market, with contrasted and proven efficiency.

Our DESALFLOAT is offered in both circular and rectangular version; both of them have steel with different qualities, according to the characteristics of the effluent to be treated, as well as the environmental setting where the plant is located; AISI 304,316, Superduplex, Ebonite-lined, Civil Work...

CELOFLOAT

Just like Exafloat, this model is offered in rectangular version.

In this case, it is developed without the lamellar system, providing service similar to Exafloat thanks to its larger surface area.

Details such as the ASR Reactor, automatic level control, valve cleaning programme, automatic sludge purge, etc., provide simplicity and reliability.

Drink Water Pack

Drink Water Pack is the name of our compact water purification equipment: a compact treatment plant, that combines a mixing chamber, lamellar decanting and a false-bottom sand filter, with a storage tank for filtered water and self-cleaning. Flows that can be treated range from 5l/s to 30l/s.

ASR

Our pressurisation reactor is offered in all Tecexsa floaters as an integral part of them.

ASR

ASR (Air Saturation Reactor) is the micro-bubble generator designed by Tecexsa.

Our process consists of 3 phases:

  • Air entry into water: both recirculated water and compressed air are put into the diffuser system
  • Air dilution: the air and water mixture is tangentially put into the saturator. The speed of the fluid in the saturator is specified by Tecexsa. All of the process takes place under a certain temperature and pressure.
  • Depressurisation: the pressurised fluid (rich in dissolved air) is depressurised in the ADS system, creating the micro-bubbles.

The constant purge system guarantees the ASR is always full of air-saturated water.

ADS

Its main role is to reduce air pressure, so that micro-bubbles are created, preventing the formation of large bubbles.

At the same time, it cleans the entire circuit, which guarantees proper operation in a sustainable fashion.

Moreover, the ADS automatically regulates air pressure in the ASR and automatically adjusts with the control loop, controlled from the PLC.

As far as the self-cleaning valves are concerned, cleaning time is monitored from a touchscreen.  It operates by controlling the load loss generated in the depressurisation valve.

DESAND

The DESAND desander is especially designed to separate heavy particles (sand), suspended in the liquid.

Since these are heavy particles, they are removed with the rake located at the bottom of the equipment.

The desander is available in steel with qualities depending on the characteristics of the effluent to be treated, as well as the environmental setting where the plant is located; AISI 304,316 or Superduplex or Ebonite-lined.

CHEMIX

Our chemical preparation agent is the result of how we understand the customer service process as a whole, and is especially useful in plants with a metallic structure whose volume flow is under 3m3.

In these cases, preparation equipment is interesting, as it keeps operators from having to intervene beyond handling and transporting small drums of concentrated polyelectrolyte.

SETLAM

Unlike flotation, settling is the effect of decanting solids by extracting water through the surface.

With the lamellar effect, thanks to the SETLAM settler, we perfectly optimise the hydraulic load, better exploiting the surface with better effluent quality.

Maintenance is simple, since the plates can be removed individually.

SAND FILTERS

Horizontal pressure filters have the advantage that they do not require pumping at the filtered water output, with a greater filtration surface.

At Tecexsa, we use continuous wash sand filters, where the sand bed is cleaned automatically with an air current, or Air-Lift.
